RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Data Services Project Manager in support of our industry leading technology development client in Houston, TX. Our client is seeking candidates who are driven to make positive changes to the way people live and work by creating breakthrough technology solutions.
REQUIREMENTS: As a Data Services Project Manager you will need a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business or technology-related field Demonstrated experience leading data and analytics projects focused on driving change in an enterprise environment Project Management experience using Agile methodologies and scrum techniques to lead projects Experienced Scrum Master with background managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring Agile techniques and processes are consistently followed The Data Services Project Manager will need experience directly managing a Product Backlog Ability to adapt to different team cultures Problem solving and escalation management in a complex environment The Data Services Project Manager will need strong working knowledge of Data Lake, APIs, Data Quality, and Data Governance Experience working with both technical and business teams Thorough understanding of Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Data Integrations, API, and Ecommerce Systems Design, and Big Data Hadoop Platforms Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) The Data Services Project Manager needs excellent Interpersonal and cross-group collaboration skills Solid ability to navigate organization complexity Solid ability to manage programs and lead through influence Flexible and adaptable to changes and shifts in priorities and subject matter Ability to multitask across multiple projects and multi-disciplinary teams Experience of multiple full release cycles Understanding of Software Test methodologies, and testing toolsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
