Genuent is hiring an Email Developer for our direct client located in the Houston, TX area. This is a 6 month contract opportunity. - Build and deploy emails, in-app messages, and push notifications
- Create and manage email automations and customer lifecycle journeys via FTP list and API-triggers
- Ensure HTML email render and function correctly across multiple email clients
- Strong attention to detail, QA and visual aspects
- Manage timelines and meet deadlines on requested projects
- Support with campaign performance data and report out on results
- 2-5 years writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience building emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud highly desired
- Strong email responsive coding in a text editor with knowledge in common email rendering issue/hacks
- Understands how data is used to target, segment, and personalize campaigns
- Experience with SQL and Excel
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop
- Attention to detail and good follow through
- Strong passion for project management
- Excellent written and verbal skills necessary
- Strong problem-solving skills required
- Experience with an email service provider Salesforce
- Knowledge of Salesforce AmpScript
- Experience with Litmus
- Experience with Sketch
- Bachelor degree in marketing or design
- 2-5 years Marketing experience a plus
