Analyze drawings, specifications and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
Use Mathematical equations to determine the quantity of material needed by calculating width, length, depth and density.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the scope for specific materials involved.
Prepare when necessary the appropriate seaming diagrams as requested by the customer
Coordinate with the client on all changes in scope, questions or clarifications regarding the work, during the bidding process.
Maintain all project plans, specifications and other documents for future reference.
Acts as a resource for project management by providing pertinent information for changes in work during different construction phases.
Present oneself as a knowledgeable professional to the internal and external customer.

Requirements
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Must have good close and distance vision and the ability to distinguish colors
Demonstrated knowledge of the products in the floor covering industry
Demonstrated ability to act in a professional demeanor with customers and fellow employees
Demonstrated ability of mathematics, specifically fractions, measurements, and reading a ruler.
Demonstrated ability to communicate both written and oral
Demonstrated ability to operate a personal computer and have a minimum of five years experience.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and assess written reports and documentation as required.
Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret and understand blueprints
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and set priorities effectively.
Demonstrated ability to apply geometric concepts needed to scale and measure plans.
Potential to learn of all pertinent Winbid modules
