A Snapshot of Your DayThe Project Manager is responsible for leading Field Service projects. The Project Manager is the client advocate to safety, quality and on-time delivery and has the profit and loss responsibility for project performance. The Project Manager plays a proactive role project planning, execution, and closure engaging internal and external stakeholders to successfully complete a wide range of scopes on varying industrial rotating equipment.How You’ll Make an Impact

Lead in providing technical and commercial guidance for project estimates and execution planning.

Oversee the management of turnarounds, overhauls, and maintenance for a variety of equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Handle comprehensive management duties, from responding to proposals and coordinating resources to managing contract profitability and client communications.

Ensure strict adherence to schedule and cost controls, conducting regular budget reviews and managing project costs effectively.

Facilitate seamless communication and coordination among internal departments, clients, and project teams to support successful project completion.

Support project closeout, warranty phase, and cash collection processes while also contributing to business development and client acquisition efforts.

What You Bring

A minimum of a high school diploma. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field strongly preferred, coupled with 5-8 years of experience in project management within the Oil & Gas and Power Industry. Those with more experience may be considered for a more senior level.

Proficiency in project management tools (OnePM, SAP, Salesforce, Globus/Teamcenter) and a demonstrated commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to engage in difficult discussions to protect company interests.

Strong understanding of engineering drawings and technical documents, with commercial acumen to identify contract deliverables and pursue additional funding when necessary.

Client-facing experience and negotiating skills, paired with a strong capability in project planning and a teachable, humble attitude.

A demonstrated work ethic focused on excellence and quality, the ability to work independently with limited supervision, and a dependable, team-player attitude.

For positions based in the United States, the base salary range is $105,000 to $170,000 annually, and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary.Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
