Role Summary:FPT
Equipment Finance Leader role is the leading finance role for a $0.4B P&L
with a large and complex global footprint of manufacturing and commercial
operations. The business is undergoing significant changes in terms of IT
backbone, functionalization and integration. The role will be responsible to
drive over all growth and profitability of our projects sites and valve
business. The role will be the
operational partner to the business GM and help drive finance visibility and
process efficiency across the business segment.The
role provide unique opportunity for a strong experienced finance leader to
drive change and lead the financial performance of the business over the coming
years.Essential Responsibilities:In
this role FPT Equipment Finance Leader, you will:
Provide financialleadership to establish and accomplish Projects financial goals andobjectives
Maintain controllershipresponsibility and oversight
Establish and maintain afinancial measurement and reporting system, which provides management withappropriate information and counsel
Drive processtransformation for One FPT finance team – transition from Sites to oneglobal team
Establish operatingforecasts and plans, including appropriate contingency planning
Analyze reports andmaintain financial operations in support of divisional activities, goalsand targets
Drive Global dataanalytics platforms for FPT – across functions. Harmonize FPT and broaderTPS processes ‘
Be responsible for allrelated statutory accounts and local requirements
Understand impact ofcosts (direct and indirect) on financial goals and measurements
Manage appropriate cashflow, investment, expenses, and receivables to support division operatingactivities
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’sDegree from an accredited college or university
Minimum5 years of finance experience
Minimum5 years in a finance leadership role
Eligibility
Requirements:
Travel10% of the time, as required
Desired Characteristics:
Minimum10 years finance experience including minimum 5 years in a finance leadershiprole
CAS,EFLP, MBA or FMP graduate (BHGE Employees only)
Strongoral and written communication skills
Stronginterpersonal and leadership skills
Abilityto manage, coach, and build a global team
