every corner of the world.The Global Offering Manager is responsible for driving
global growth, product line performance and profitability for the Honeywell Gas
Detection new Gas imaging Solutions offering.This Position interfaces with Global Offering Management Team, as well as
support Regional Marketing, Sales, Pricing, MarCom, and Engineering to drive
the strategy, competitive analysis, product lifecycle management, marketing
materials, and new product development. Main job responsibilities include:
Gas Detection new Gas Imaging Solutions product road map owner from
Definition/Requirements to NPI & Launch.
Drive Global coordination with
Regional Marketing & Engineering from requirements to launch &
support.
Be the Gas Imaging Solution
evangelist for internal and external customers.
Contribute to the Connected Plant
and Connected Worker initiatives across SPS and Honeywell.
Conduct
data analysis for monthly reviews of key business metrics including
revenue, margin, orders, opportunity pipeline, NPI progress, pricing, and
service.
Understand
market trends, customer needs, channel dynamics, and competitive focus to
help prioritize growth strategies and tactics.
Work
as part of a cross functional team on new product development and
commercialization projects. Deliver phase gate review presentations part
of Products Boards.
Collaborate
with the sales organization to help develop, win, and maintain new
business opportunities.
Work
with customers and channel to anticipate changes in demand patterns.
Review
product portfolio and provide accurate forecasts to supply chain.
Support
Strategic and Annual Operating Planning processes.
You Must Have:
Bachelor’s
degree in engineering, business or technical related field
A
minimum of 5 years of product marketing experience or related business
experience
We Value:
Bachelor’s
degree in Engineering and MBA preferred
Prior
experience with Gas Detection Industry or Software Solutions highly
preferred
Proficiency
working with Microsoft Office products (Excel & PowerPoint)
Demonstrated
experience with business analytics
Strong
oral and written communication skills
Cross
Functional leadership or management experience
