Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious multitalented Graphic Designer who knows the ins and outs of web, digital, video, print, and packaging design. S/He will work with a team of designers to support both MARCOM and Brand Marketing. As part of a fast-paced, growing, creative team, they will be responsible for ideating, developing, and executing best-in-class retail (Walmart, AutoZone, Dollar General, Target, Home Depot, etc.) marketing materials for our brands which includes packaging, POP, POSM, displays, trade show, social media content, web graphics, online campaigns, display ads, videos, website content update, and more. S/He will contribute to the team’s goals to drive organic growth and sustainable differentiation.

Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Execute creative and marketing assets across all marketing channels, including, but not limited to: Digital assets, websites graphic, landing pages, social presence, POP, product packaging, trade shows, catalogs, collateral, and more.
  2. Designs, develops, manage websites, web apps, landing pages, and microsites for our brands.
  3. Create and edit videos for internal and external use.
  4. Contribute to the creative services department’s efforts to bring innovation to our brands.
  5. Maintain brand standards across multiple product portfolios.
  6. Assist in the creation of mock-ups of artwork for client approval and pre-flight final artwork for print production.
  7. Organizes program files, POP, photography, and other digital assets.
  8. Manages and maintains projects through a project management system.
  9. Maintain all files in accordance with company direction.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 3-5 years professional graphic design experience with 2-3 years focused on web, video, and digital.
  2. Highly proficient with Adobe CC Suite and familiar with a wide range of design, web, multimedia, and video software, applications, and program languages. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  3. Knowledge of branding design principles, marketing, and UI/UX design is a plus.
  4. Work closely with brand managers, marketing communication, sales, and suppliers to develop and coordinate successful and on time production of marketing materials.
  5. Take direction, both from managers as well as internal clients (marketing/sales)
  6. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
  7. Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Can effectively express and present ideas, collaborate, actively listen, and work well independently or in a team environment
  8. Strong and diverse portfolio with a keen eye for color, composition, and typography.
  9. A solid understanding of print production processes including four-color printing.
