Description Human Resources Generalist - People Operations Manager - responsibilities including employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, onboarding new hires, team and individual development, practice policy interpretation and application. Partnering with leaders to drive change and execute new business initiatives, resolve employee relations issues, provide day to day performance management guidance to managers.
