This job will have the following responsibilities:- Well versed in HRIS with prior experience using Workday/Advanced Compensation modules is preferred.
- Experience working with Long Term Incentive Plans and systems that support these programs.
- Ability to work independently and/or within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field; other degrees will be considered, depending on work experience. Industry certifications preferred.
- Five (5) or more years' previous experience in a similar capacity and knowledge of long term incentive programs is highly preferred.
- Prior work experience in the energy sector is desired, but not required.
