IT Business Analyst
Position Description CGI is in need a a Senior Business Analyst with previous experience working in agile product teams; bringing products from early concept to launch as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:• Proficiency writing user stories, acceptance criteria and experience with backlog and project management tools (JIRA/Confluence/AzureDevops etc.)• Experience with business modelling• An understanding of the implications of technology on projects and digital product development• Proven experience understanding and solving complex customer and business problems, through digital led technology solutions.• Familiarity or experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, XP Programming etc.• A curiosity to learn and adapt to new ways of working and thinking• A passion for developing new, innovative products from power to smart home, energy management and digital electric vehicle services; products that can make a real impact for our customers.• Has Retail experience - retail site setup, tooling, processes and vendors i.e. forecourt technology, payment, site controller, acquirer, network & ISP setup• We require a senior resource who is business savvy, a great communicator and has expert stakeholder management skills (able to lead and work with the H2 business directly when required)• Ability to work with 3rd party vendors and global cross-functional teams• Can lead the Agile framework which includes a KANBAN setup, sprint review, backlog planning, retrospectives etc• Expert knowledge of Azure DevOps tool• Experience facilitating workshops• Passion for human centred design and/or lean innovation• Excited about working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment• Comfortable working with and interacting with senior stakeholders Business adoption & value realisation - Knowledge Business Model Canvas - KnowledgeBusiness Analysis Planning & monitoring - KnowledgeYour future duties and responsibilitiesRequired qualifications to be successful in this roleBuild your career with us.It is an extraordinary time to be in business.
