- Identifying and then prioritizing technical and functional requirements
- Document Requirements and Workflows
- Collecting and analyzing data for potential business efficiencies
- Identifying specific business opportunities and aid in defining solutions
- Influence stakeholders to support initiatives that will enforce business growth and revenue
- Co leading projects and coordinating with other teams to produce better business outcomes
- Testing business processes and recommending improvements
- Assist in building custom reports and dashboards.
- Generate AdHoc Reports as requested
- Develop training materials and provide training and support end users.

- Support current and new initiatives related to IT Projects
- Assist in managing technical resources and migration of new solutions
- Coordinate activities between IT and business units
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or other related field
- 2-3 year’s experience in data analytics and reporting.
- Experience in implementation, training and documentation preferred.
- Experience with SQL to retrieve data
- Experience with Power BI or another dashboard visualization tool
