Honeywell is seeking a Lead Product Owner with an IT background in Digital Sales. You will join a team of passionate customer experience and commercial excellence professionals and be a major player in business improvement projects and in Honeywell’s digital evolution. Responsible for understanding current architecture and build E2E architecture, document design, and delivery of global Salesforce solutions for the Honeywell Process Solutions. Collaboration with business and CORP on all initiatives in the domain. Provide thought leadership and act as the trusted technical adviser to the business and technology leadership team. Lead the development of reference architectures and technical standards and guidelines based on industry trends, innovation, and business drivers. Develop technical specifications, white papers, blueprints, and Proof-of-Concept materials. Provide strong functional thought leadership and consulting in the Salesforce domain and be an advisor to the business and strategy leads on Industry best practices. Work as part of Architecture group and IT Business Partners to convert business requirements into an architecture blueprint and conceptual design, based on Architecture standards and usage guidelines. Work with Enterprise Architecture Review Board for Architecture Governance across architecture domains. Facilitate product selection as part of Architecture Standards definitionResponsibilities:Participates in defining the processes, standards, and policies.Lead ecommerce personalization initiatives/strategy using tools like Lytics, Rich Relevance (Algonomy) etc.Experience with implementing analytics on ecommerce websites using tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics etc.Apply design thinking principles and lead development and execution of the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to growth.Provide leadership to a cross-functional team (engineering, QA, stakeholders, data, etc.) to bring products to life via development cycles.Communicate product updates to all stakeholders over the course of multiple meetings and various communication methods (Sequence diagrams, email, Confluence, PowerPoint, etc.)Functional and Technical Knowledge on B2B Commerce Modules, B2B Storefront Development, Addons and customizations, SAP Commerce Core and Commerce Modules. Hybris OCC layer, SAP Integrations with SAP Commerce, Payment Integrations, Hot Folder Integrations, Single Sign On using SAML extension of Hybris, Order Management, Quote Management, and Integrations.Experience in integrating SAP Commerce/Salesforce with Marketing and Customer Data platforms, Experience on AEM Integration with SAP Commerce, Hybris back-office customization, Smart Edit, Promotions, SAP Spartacus integration with Backend.Ensure solution is scalable and meets overall business requirementsConduct Solution Architecture reviews with project teams prior to design and development activities and ensure solution is scalable and meets customers' business requirementsAct as a liaison between technical team, Functional team, Business Functions, and System Integrators to drive eCommerce projectsAble to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.Drive commonality in the eCommerce platform across Honeywell enterprise.You Must Have:Bachelor’s degree: Computer Science, Engineering7+ years of IT experience3+ years of experience architecting solutions in SAP Commerce (Hybris) .3+ years in a Delivery lead / project leadership role managing multiple SAP Commerce full life cycle implementations.1+ of years of leading ecommerce personalization initiatives/strategy using tools like Lytics, Rich Relevance (Algonomy) etc.1+ years of experience with implementing analytics on ecommerce websites using tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics etc.We Value:Demonstrated ability to assess business value, time-to-market, and trade-offs using data, when possible, to prioritize best value additive initiatives for the customer and business.Experience with lean requirements gathering, story mapping, and running requirements workshops with strategic stakeholders.Above average analytical abilities, rigorous attention to detail and bias for customer-centric planning.Demonstrated technical knowledge and proficiency; is effective in translating technical knowledge into business language as needed.Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Ability to influence and align stakeholders.Bias for action and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.Collaborative spirit, and relationship-builder both internally and externally.Proven ability to work on cross functional teams in a matrix organization.Knowledge of agile methodology and scrum.Self-starter with strong creative problem-solving facilitation and interpersonal skillsHave delivered user experiences that are empowering, delightful, and well-designedHoneywell is an equal opportunity employer.
