Our business serves a wide breath of industrial markets including pharmaceutical, food and beverage, environmental, process minerals, mining, coal, cement and metals, as well as academic, government, safety, and security.Job Duties:

Increase brand awareness and market adoption of the Niton brand of handheld LIBS and XRF analyzers in the upstream, midstream, downstream markets to help achieve the AOP for North America.

Train and support North American sales reps on LIBs product applications, alloys, and industry damage mechanisms

Prepare key account Lunch & Learn sessions on-site detailing application-specific solutions that mitigate corporate risk.

Assemble, prepare and lead educational seminars and workshops to highlight product portfolio and latest advancements in XRF/LIBS technology

Attend tradeshows and key conferences in North America markets. Submit for speaking engagement at relevant events (i.e. API, ASNT, NDTMA, NACE)

Lead and participate in customer facing visits, product demonstrations, application training in PMI, Fabrication and other market segments with emphasis on LIBs and XL5

Leverage existing customer network and business relationships to gain access to develop key partnerships and grow market awareness

Support LIBS product awareness and customer support through technical and application training

Support key customer accounts in North America with emphasis on customers with PCA's (Preferred Customer Agreements)

Work/Lead effort to identify and break into additional markets for the Apollo Libs analyzer

Maintain acute awareness of market and industry trends.

Feedback to the marketing and product management team, competitor's comparisons and counter arguments to compete and win with our technology.

The position will be accountable in delivering the NA Apollo LIBS and Key Accounts (PCA) revenue number.

Goal Summary:Support the growth and sales of the Apollo handheld analytical instruments for practical field application and be a solution provider for handheld XRF and LIBS technology to achieve the AOP in North America. Focusing primarily on selling handheld analyzers for practical field application solutions in these technologies to help the end user of the Apollo LIBs to safely and efficiently confirm, verify, and identify alloys and carbon steel materials that could be susceptible to industry issues such as rouge material in process units, or identifying industry related damage mechanisms.At Thermo Fisher Scientific, each one of our 70,000 extraordinary minds has a unique story to tell.
