Lead ServiceNow HRSD ConsultantEclaro is looking for a Lead ServiceNow HRSD Consultant for a contract opportunity for our client in Houston, TX

The candidate selected for this position will be responsible for the recommendation of ServiceNow processes, integration needs, process workflows and lead the design and implementations. They will also develop complex Service Catalogues using workflow editor, configure multilevel approvers/notifications, dynamic approvals, notification reminders and assign automated Task activities. They will also manage relationships with HR and business IDS/HR team globally and will perform role as Technical Leader, this responsibility sits with roles such as the Team Lead, the Architect and the Engineering Manager.Work Experience/Skills Requirements:

5+ years of implementation and development experience in ServiceNow solution.
3+ years of implementation and development experience in ServiceNow HRSD solution.
Experience working in an Agile environment
Strong analytical, problem solving skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
ServiceNow HRSD Admin certification required.
ServiceNow Application development certification.
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
