Job DescriptionReporting to the Director of Operations, serves as subject matter expert in Medicare operations and process improvements .Drives problem solving to completion through information gathering, analysis, collaboration and executionIdentify and resolve improvement opportunities around operations, reporting and performance management, and product design and implementation. Actively collaborates with all health-plan functions (Product, Sales, Marketing, Member Experience, Finance, Network, Clinical, Quality, Operations and Local Care Delivery and Care Management)Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
