MS CRM D365 Customer Service Architect (Omni-Channel) Houston TX Need locals
- Overall 12+ years' of overall IT experience in implementing MS CRM/ Dynamics 365 Customer Service applications, must have experience of at least 5 end to end CRM implementations.
- Extensive knowledge in architecting, designing, implementing, upgrading and integrating business solutions built with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- (Must have) Hands-on experience in implementing omni-channel for Customer Service
- (Must have) Thorough understanding of the following elements of Customer Service - contextual customer identification, real-time notification, integrated communication, and agent productivity tools like KB integration, search, and case creation to ensure agents are effective.
- (Must have) Experience with configuring agent presence, availability, and routing rules
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM design and development specifically in technologies, including customization and configuration, C#, ASP.NET, Javascript, SQL, SSRS.
- Strong experience in integrations using - Azure Functions & Logic Apps, PowerApps and WebAPI as well as via middleware.
- Strong experience in data migration/integration using SSIS, PowerQuery, KingsWaySoft etc
- Must have working experience on Power Platform Canvas Apps, Automate and Portals Also have understanding on PowerApps governance, DLP policies
- Experience with web development technologies used with the XRM platform such as ReactJS, JSON, WCF, oData, jQuery will be preferred
- Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable in leasing with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently and lead development of Dynamics CRM solution
