Role: Power apps, Power BI candidate Location: Houston JD :
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process mapping - developing, maintaining, and supporting various process optimization initiatives.
- Requirements gathering, requirements analysis, GAP analysis.
- Experience in working on projects within the Oil and Gas Industry[nice to have]
- Excellent stakeholder management skills shown through management of multiple stakeholders and LOBs; solving issues and providing recommendations when gathering valuable requirements that meet the stakeholders' needs.
- Experience in conducting and documenting system and organizations processes for high performance and cost-effective controls and standardization in Digital Transformation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with exceptional team player attitude as well as flexibility towards managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in high-pressure environment.
- Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with vast experience in process analysis and presentation
- Expert in Excel spreadsheets, pivot tables, etc.
- Responsible for developing PowerApps model and canvas driven apps
- Responsible for developing robotic Process Automations using UiPath and Power Automate.
- Development of DAX functions and Power BI development.
- Development of Power Flows development for Power Apps integrations with Azure Data Factory.
- Responsible for developing Proof of Concepts or mock canvas and Power BI reports to finalize the designs.
- 2+ years of business systems analysis and support experience
- 3+ years of experience with Office 365 development utilizing PowerApps, Flow, and Power BI, Teams, and SharePoint Online
- Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication.
- A clear understanding of PowerApps formulas and development methods.
- Should be analytical and able to improvise configuration and code to adapt to new situations
- Basic knowledge in Spotfire [Additional Plus]
