Role will define the target architecture, blueprints and integration roadmaps for key strategic M&A initiatives, aligning the technology and platforms to the business strategy, standards and commercial imperatives and articulates associated opportunities, gaps, challenges and risks. Role will also be responsible for leading architecture for SYSCO Specialty business.JOB SUMMARY Role will lead the enterprise Architect efforts around M&A and Specialty business and work with various teams to support ongoing corporate development and lead strategic initiatives associated with Acquisitions, Mergers, Divestitures and OutsourcingRESPONSIBILITIES Lead Enterprise Architecture definition and provide architecture assurance for complex, strategic Mergers and Acquisitions

Define end to end architecture (application and data), design solution and work with M&A implementation teams for data migrations, integrations and consolidation aligning to core business processes and go to market processes

Build and maintain M&A EA playbook for various scenarios

Lead architecture efforts for major ERP application consolidation initiatives and migrating sales catalogs/order fulfillment efforts

Ensure adherence to EA standards and principles to proposed architecture and solutions

Perform impact analysis and risk identification for initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, strategic programs and change initiatives

Provide Enterprise Architecture leadership in due diligence and discovery activities

Establish relationships with architects, peers, developers and stakeholder groups within IT and business teams to define and communicate the target architecture, solution design and transformation plans for assigned initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

Hands-on experience architecting, designing and developing M&A applications and data integrations, data migrations and solutions enabling new or updated go to market models, revenue models and channels

Hands-on experience working with multiple ERPs stack, application and data integration platforms and tools

Experience of adopting/adapting multiple enterprise architectural methodologies and frameworks (e,g, TOGAF, Zachman, Gartner, etc.), relevant industry associations and reference models (e.g. DMBOK, APCQ, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

In-depth data architecture knowledge and experience with an understanding of master/core data management, account/customer data hierarchies, data quality and data migration tools and processes

Experience working with ERPs and AWS is a big plus

Self-directed and motivated to work independently

Able to juggle multiple high-priority and critical initiatives at once

Proven verbal, written and visualization communication skills demonstrated with people at the executive level and below
