- Gathering and analyzing data
- Interpreting gathered data, converting data to usable information, and translating information to actionable intelligence
- Building as-is and to-be process flow diagrams
- Developing metrics/KPI scorecards/dashboards
- Preparing and submitting reports based on findings
- Formulating procedural documents (e.g., standards, procedures, templates, etc.)
- Building Project Timelines (Gantt charts)
- Other duties as assigned
- Highly proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient with MS Word
- Knowledgeable in the use of MS Teams/SharePoint
- Effective interpersonal communication skills
