Product Line Implementation Coordinator

JOB Summary Primary responsibility will be the coordination of field roll out and validation of new products being launched through the product line organization. This role will aid in the success of product launches by managing the required trials from implementation through completion, including all analysis required to validate success. The implementation coordinator will be responsible for monitoring all active and future field trials and initial installs of Canrig products, both ET and Traditional. The role will report directly to the Product Line Director and will have functional reporting to the specific Product Line Manager of each product launch.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Analyzes requirements and gathers deliverables needed to complete the implementation of the new product
  • Coordinates and produces date for pre-implementation validation
  • Aids with the review, analytics, and evaluation of business requirements for existing and new development
  • Provides administrative support to various products and resources used by the enterprise surrounding product programs and customer plan design document
  • Utilizes data provided from sales or support personnel to establish or update client-specific information for the assigned product
  • Assist in creating agendas for client meetings
  • Maintains system documentation
  • Documents details technical, business specifications, functional needs and modifies existing requirements
  • Schedules technical meetings related to implementation with the field service organization
  • Provides regular status reports to management as needed
  • Responsible for cross-enterprise implementation of new products or product enhancements

MInimum qualifications
  • General understanding of the drilling process and the mechanics/physics involved
  • Strong analytical skills: Demonstrated ability to develop analysis spreadsheets and reports
  • Highly proficient with MS Excel: management of large data sets, complex graphs and reports, interpretation of engineering drawings
  • Effective verbal and written communicator

preferred qualifications
  • Field (hands-on) experience with drilling automation technologies would be preferred.

  • Frequent travel to areas within Western Hemisphere region is required
