For more information visit www.uop.com.The Honeywell Product Manager is responsible for developing and optimizing an offering portfolio strategy based on customer insights, competitive and market intelligence, and executing that strategy to optimize the offerings, market position, organic growth, and financial return of the product portfolio across the product lifecycle. Product Managers work closely with manufacturing and sourcing, engineering and R&D, Honeywell senior executives, sales and field sales to maximize the growth, development and return on investment of the organization’s product portfolio today and in the future.The Product Manager is a principal professional role that supports the Business Director in successfully managing the Business Line’s offerings. The Portfolio will include adsorbent and aftermarket offerings into the Natural Gas Markets. They will actively Manage a Complex Portfolio that may include a Breakthrough Initiative (BTI) and/or New Business Models and drive improvement initiatives for the Business Line and across functions. They should have a track record of accomplishments and demonstrated advanced skill levels across all of the below competencies. They will be expected to perform primary responsibilities working across functions to deliver results. Location of the position is Des Plaines, Illinois or Houston Texas. Hybrid work schedule. Conduct Product Portfolio Lifecycle ManagementMUST HAVE Bachelor's Degree in a Technical or Marketing discipline

Minimum 5 years experience in Product Management, Marketing, Sales or R&D EngineeringWE VALUE Adsorbent and aftermarket offerings into the Natural Gas Markets.

Experienced in Product Management, Marketing, Sales in adsorbents

Excellent communication and written skills

Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment

Ability to support sales resources with technical expertise and drive growth
