Job Description This person will help monitor, shape and drive card-not-present product strategies. He/she will collaborate closely with other functions and industry partners to ensure that PULSE Network products and network are enabled to respond to new payment use cases and market opportunities. The role will require high energy and data driven curiosity to assist in the planning, mapping, scoping, prioritization and execution of initiatives to success.

Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of initiatives, product enhancements, and customer experience activities.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and management of initiatives.
  • Leads customer experience process evaluations and enhancements.
  • Partners with the team to identify ways to innovate product offerings.
  • Manages projects and initiatives. Leads work streams to support project launches.
  • Partners with the business to ensure projects are delivering on business strategies.
  • Conducts product maintenance activities, including product documentation updates and complaints tracking.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here's what we need from you:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing, Financial Services Marketing, Product Management
  • In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Financial Services Marketing, Product Management

Preferred Qualifications

If we had our say, we'd also look for:
  • 6+ years of experience in Marketing, Financial Services Marketing, Product Management
  • Card-not-present/debit experience and/or familiarity
  • Excellent communication skills- ability to collaborate at all levels
  • B2B experience
  • Intellectually curious
