Role: Project CoordinatorLocation: Houston, Texas, United StatesType: Fulltime Job Description:Acts as a right hand for project and programme managers for smaller/less complex projects. The activities of the PMO are centralized around resource and work planning & control, budget management, change management, reporting, and product quality control.Works as PMO on allocated projects often with guidance, applying standard Project Delivery Framework (PDF) standard techniques to plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all aspects of the project lifecycle.Under general direction, captures and tracks risks and issues and maintains change logs, assesses project documentation/data for completeness and accuracy, and produces standard project reports.Reports into Project Manager. This role will be responsible for ensuring counterparty outreach process is being completed within timeline for a compliance remediation project.The candidate will have to track, and intervene/escalate when the process is not meeting timelines.
