- Responsible for managing cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity.
- Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project oriented work efforts.
- Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans to meet the needs. Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed.
- Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
- Required to track project financials including budget, actuals, forecast and earned value metrics.
- Must have extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques.
- Expertise in Agile delivery methods including Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile Framework
- Experience in monitoring and reporting on key Agile performance metrics to leadership team to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
- Experienced in managing technology projects across large teams spanning 100+ members.
- Experienced with identifying KPI, and building executive dashboards.
- Expert in Jira (+ any other tools relevant)
- Strongly prefer a technical background and/or direct project management experience managing cloud based web application projects.
- Strong leadership skills, including coaching, team-building, conflict resolution, and management.
