This requires that Sysco install charging infrastructure at 65-75 operating sites around the globe - primarily in North America, but also including UK, France, other select countries.The Project Manager, Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure ("PM EVCI") will manage all aspects of strategy and planning for the deployment of more than 2,500 electric vehicles in North America and various locations around the globe. Prior to physically building the infrastructure at an operating site, there is compendium of data and a series of tasks that must be gathered, organized and tracked. This information, once collected, informs the decisions required to establish the full design of the electric vehicle infrastructure for each operating site. This all culminates into a finalized set of construction drawings that is used by our internal Construction Team to build the infrastructure. The PM EVCI will lead this work leading up to the transfer of the construction drawings to Sysco's Construction Team.DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Be responsible for implementing project management best practices and control systems: Change Management, Contract Management (pre-construction), Stakeholder Management, Risk Management, Cost & Schedule Management, Quality Management, Document Management, Project Reporting and Progress Management.

Manage project partner relationships and oversight of roles and responsibilities

Assist in providing data and comments to grant/incentive applications

Generate presentations to update/inform executive leadership and cross-functional team members.

Education Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, electrical or power electronics specialization or related fields. Professional training/certificate in project management;

Education Preferred:

Master's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering

Experience Required:

7 years in project management in multiple, complex, projects that run concurrently. Experience with Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure design and construction, Renewable Energy - Solar, Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), and Microgrid preferred

Experience Preferred:

7+ years in Project Management for vehicle charging solutions, solar power systems, microgrid design

Licenses/Certifications Required:

Project Management

Licenses/Certifications Preferred:

Engineer certification; Project Management

Technical Skills and Abilities:

In-field construction management experience.

Knowledge of the advanced transportation industry, zero-emission vehicle infrastructure, and supporting technologies including electric charging technology/software.

Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure design and construction experience

Renewable Energy - Solar, Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), and Microgrid experience.

Experience with electric vehicle/technology operational and duty cycle assessment for charging and fueling requirements.

Manage project partner relationships and oversight of roles and responsibilities.

Excellent written skills in report generation.

Exceptional presentation and communication skills.

Strong partnership development and stakeholder engagement skills.

Proven ability to synthesize large amounts of data into clear understandable language for stakeholders and other interested parties.

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Strong ability to meet or exceed deadlines and able to work with minimal supervision or direction.

Proven ability to multitask and handle complexity.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant industry analysis, modeling, and simulation tools.
