Qualified candidates should send their resume (Word Format) along with salary requirements to Brian Tasson at BTasson@genuent.comRCO Research Assistant6-month contract The Research Assistant provides solutions and analysis for the Sales Operations Builder Multifamily channel by performing a variety of tasks and ad hoc projects as required by management.Research Assistants evaluate internal file systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, developing and maintaining protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in all aspects of data analytics. Additionally, you should be committed to transforming data into readable, goal-driven reports for continued innovation and growth. This role will work with builder and multifamily industry sales data. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Analyze and organize customer folders, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Audit executed contracts against current data.
  • Assist with tracking ESIDs and hierarchy relationships for reporting.
  • Assist with entering and uploading data into databases.
  • Locate and validate contract information in SAP and Siebel.
  • Support daily customer onboarding set-up.
  • Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization.
  • Work directly with management and users to gather requirements and provide status updates.
  • Analyze reporting for metrics and trends
  • Support adhoc requests for business needs
EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills required including excellent listening skills.
  • Intermediate skill level using Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills required to independently create and analyze spreadsheets.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP, CCS, Siebel, IRW and BW software and Salesforce preferred
  • Energetic and an enthusiastic personality with professional demeanor to work with various cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of the deregulated retail energy market.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • 1 to 4+ years experience directly supporting a sales operations team in a problem solving, research or sales capacity.
