Key Responsibilities Manage facility operations across multiple campuses, ensuring performance is in line with state- determined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Oversee scheduling, execution, and quality of daily maintenance and custodial tasks through a work order management system.Collaborate with campus administrators to support events, shared spaces, and daily operational needs across multiple locations.Supervise custodial and maintenance staff across campuses, including KIPP Texas employees and outsourced service providers.Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate maintenance and custodial staff, ensuring they meet high standards of performance.Manage the regional facilities budget, including employee time management, equipment, and supply procurement.Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors working across regional campuses, ensuring timely and quality completion of contracted work.Lead campus security efforts where applicable, including setting expectations, developing protocols, and managing associated budgets.Support school operations, emergency planning, and response, ensuring readiness across multiple campuses.Lead facility compliance efforts and ensure campuses meet all regulatory standards.Manage preventive maintenance programs, custodial supply orders, and key management across the region.Plan and execute major projects, including summer work, deep cleaning, and renovations for assigned properties.Attend regional and statewide facilities meetings, training, and professional development sessions to stay current on best practices.
