- Ensures projects are completed safely, within the required schedule, budget, and in compliance
- Review site report requirements involved with various transmission and substation construction projects which consist of but not limited to foundations, structure installations, breaker replacements, switch replacements, transformer replacements, new substation builds, site expansions, etc.
- Follow contractor safety participation through attendance and review tailboards, field risk assessments and oversees observation reviews
- Report untimely resolution and constructability of field compliance issues and actively support remediation.
- Must have the ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings, contract documents, proficient in the use of a computer and utility safe work practices.
- Support contract vendors on work practices, policies and safety guidelines.
- Assesses reports, and processes to ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and report, or escalate issues with compliance
- Review reports / procedures that assist in identifying, hazards, anomalies that are outside of the acceptable standards, and report risk status
- Coordinates with program / project management while project construction activities are in process.
- Tracking and resolving risk reports /activities with the appropriate project management.
- Gathers and prepares reviewed documentation to support audits, data requests, etc.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
- Experience: 5+ years
