SAP CS Lead (Customer Services)

Must have
  • 10+ Years’ of experience in SAP CS (Customer Services) module
  • Experience of working in S4/HANA (at least one AMS or Implementation Project)
  • Experience of working in large AMS engagement and at least 2 Implementation Projects.
  • 3+ years of functional experience of in Production planning, shop-floor planning
  • Must be proficient in the following business processes: Field service project planning, creation, costing, revenue, billing, monitoring, Repair project planning,
  • Work with off-shore team members to ensure that the tasks are delivered on time with customer expectation
  • Must have delivered multiple full cycle rollouts with hands-on expertise in configuring SAP systems
  • Requirement gathering, SAP Configuration, specifying interfaces, and data migration.
  • Customer and Business Partner management
  • Service Contract and Quotation processing
  • Experience in integration with other SAP modules and Reporting
  • Experience in third party Integration with SAP Service and maintenance orders
  • Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude
  • SAP SD and PM experience will be preferred.

Good to Have
  • Experience of S/4HANA version 2020 will be desirable
  • Knowledge of SAP SD and PM
