- 10+ Years’ of experience in SAP CS (Customer Services) module
- Experience of working in S4/HANA (at least one AMS or Implementation Project)
- Experience of working in large AMS engagement and at least 2 Implementation Projects.
- 3+ years of functional experience of in Production planning, shop-floor planning
- Must be proficient in the following business processes: Field service project planning, creation, costing, revenue, billing, monitoring, Repair project planning,
- Work with off-shore team members to ensure that the tasks are delivered on time with customer expectation
- Must have delivered multiple full cycle rollouts with hands-on expertise in configuring SAP systems
- Requirement gathering, SAP Configuration, specifying interfaces, and data migration.
- Customer and Business Partner management
- Service Contract and Quotation processing
- Experience in integration with other SAP modules and Reporting
- Experience in third party Integration with SAP Service and maintenance orders
- Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude
- SAP SD and PM experience will be preferred.
- Experience of S/4HANA version 2020 will be desirable
- Knowledge of SAP SD and PM
