JOB SUMMARY Provides SAP and business process subject matter expertise and expert SAP data knowledge in the support and enhancement of

SAP HCM - Compensation functionality. Responsible for analyzing business requirements, leading enhancement requests, leading small and large projects, writing functional requirements, coordinating systems analysis, researching, and evaluating solutions, recommending new and/or alternative system approaches.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES · Works with users to develop business requirements and SAP Technical requirements.

· Provides primary and backup SAP configuration support and be subject matter expert to document, configure, and support SAP Compensation module

· Conducts business analysis to understand business practices and approaches as it relates to SAP.

· Configuration, support, and knowledge of compensation module including business process expertise including but not limited to Pay scales, Pay Components, Etc.

· Make recommendations on functional and technical improvements to the application

· Keep abreast of SAP functionality that are available in the current and future releases.

· Perform impact analysis and testing to support SAP product and hot pack upgrades

REQUIREMENTS:

MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS: · Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: · 3 or more years

SAP HCM - Compensation implementation, configuration, and support experience.

· Well versed with compensation configuration including but not limited to Pay scales, Pay Components, Etc.

· Experienced in implementing customizations in compensation module

· Experienced in Organization Management

· Strong understanding of SAP HCM as a whole

· Experience working on annual salary conversions

· Strong understanding of stipend process

· Experience with SAP ECC 6.0

· Excellent written and verbal communications skills and strong interpersonal skills required to interact with all levels of management, staff as well as outside vendors, contractors, and consultants.

· Proven ability to analyze and balance facts, priorities, resources, constraints, and alternatives to make sound decisions and recommendations.

· Ability to evaluate past decisions to improve effectiveness of future decisions and development efforts.

· Considers the impact of actions and decisions on others and long-term implications.

· Proven ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and projects in a demanding environment

· Previous experience in a public service environment preferred.
