- Configuration of SAP WM module
- Administration and support of third-party logistics software/applications that interface with SAP.
- Supporting application testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement activities by correcting configuration and responding to scope changes and application enhancement requests
- Diagnosing problems through discussions with users and coordinating with internal support teams and operations groups and/or with vendors to resolve problems
- Providing support of RF Guns, Scanners, Scales and Label Printers in a manufacturing environment
- Communicating business stakeholder needs to the SAP development team by translating business requirements into SAP technical requirements
- Researching business requirements, developing detailed specifications and validating the SAP solutions with business stakeholders
- Making recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through an SAP module and/or new technology, or alternative use of existing technology and communicating those solutions to Management
- Developing test scenarios, test scripts and performing end-to-end systems integration testing
- Developing technical and training documentation
- 10 years of SAP WM configuration
- 10+ years working in SAP WM / warehouse environment – hands-on with integration points between SAP and 3Pl systems
- 10years of experience in supporting software development life cycle and methodologies for enterprise applications
- 10 years of administration/support of RF Guns, Scanners, Scales and Label Printers in a heavily customized manufacturing environment
- Understanding/knowledge of ABAP, SAP scripts, User Exits, and IDOCS
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access & Visio.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience leading medium size projects preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engine
