Serve as a resource and key team member on client projects

Support progress against project milestones to help ensure timely delivery of project deliverables

Review the work product of associates and provide direction and training as necessary

Provide input into engagement decisions including work plan and timeline, project management, resource allocation, and career development of staff members

Qualifications:A minimum of two years of management consulting experience providing operational advisory services related to supply chain, cost reduction, and operational restructuring

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations analysis, engineering, or a related field from an accredited college/university

Demonstrated ability to assess, improve, and reconstruct the information, physical, and financial flows across the client's supply chain

Deep knowledge of demand planning and replenishment, inventory optimization, logistics, transportation, distribution, sales & operations planning (S&OP), and shop floor operations; knowledge of JDA and/or Oracle, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Supply Collaboration, Order Promising and Production Scheduling / Work Order management is a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

Travel may be up to 80-100%
