We are looking for a proactive hands-on developer for the Structured Delta-1 technology team. The structured delta-1 infrastructure supports the creation of bespoke baskets, and their subsequent processing and lifecycle management. This team's responsibility includes the design, build and support of the platform.The work requires close collaboration with our Front Office partners from sales, trading, structuring and quantitative research. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience as a software engineer or developer
- Expertise in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
- Advanced knowledge of architecture and design across all systems
- Proficiency in multiple modern programming languages such as Python, Java, C
- Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
- Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
- Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
- Passionate about building an innovative culture
- Strong understanding of Python and TypeScript(React)
- Developing the platform and visualization components required by the front office desk
- Self-starter with the ability to quickly pick up new ideas, concepts and technologies
- Disciplined approach to code management, testing and deployment
