Senior ServiceNow Consultant - Remote / Telecommute

• Proficient with JavaScript/GLIDE, HTML,Transform Maps.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems through SOAP or REST web services (Integration Hub).
• Business Rules, Workflow Editor, Flow Designer, Client Scripts, UI Policy, UI Actions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Automation Testing Framework.
• Agile thinking and execution.
• Complex/critical thinking and problem solving.
• Strong understanding of relational databases.
• Common Services Data Model.
• Develop complex catalog services utilizing flow designer where possible.
• Create ATF test scripts.
• Create and/or alter existing discovery patterns.
• Responsible for resolving all issues identified via Healthscan.
• CMDB: Create a common data model.
• Service mapping.
• Package update sets and code migration to the staging and production environments.
• Create APIs with internal and external systems.
