As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in helping to shape our platforms and tools so they offer the right capabilities and productivity benefits to enable customers and partners to achieve their goals.In this space you'll work with strategic customers to review their application architecture, code, and other project deliverables. Our team's responsibilities include helping to build cross-platform client solutions using modern frameworks like .NET MAUI (Multi-platform App UI) and Blazor. We work collaboratively with our peers in the product engineering teams to make our products better using the learnings we get from helping customers and partners build these solutions.This is a Senior Software Engineer role with the opportunity for leadership and advancement. In this position you will:Collaborate cross-functionally with team members while directly supporting customer engagement.

Identify broad opportunities and barriers while encouraging to facilitate a plan to address them.

Be an active and intentional participant in creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Demonstrate empathy for customers and provide appropriate solutions and guidance.

Drive impact to the developer community by writing blog posts, documentation, samples, and other content derived from solutions & guidance from our customer base.

Stay current with the latest client and Cloud technologies.

Stay up-to-date with the latest client and cloud technologies being used by customers and in the wider industryQualificationsMinimum of 7 years of experience in delivering software solutions in web, mobile, or desktop in the consumer or Enterprise space.

5+ years of experience in C# and related platforms and frameworks.

3+ years of experience building modern cross-platform client solutions with Xamarin/Xamarin.Forms.

Preferred Qualifications:A passion for technology with a desire to keep learning and to teach what you know.

Ablity to adapt communication style and tailor content from different audiences.

Passion for creating and presenting well-written, accurate and clear content.

Hands-on experience with Blazor and Microsoft Teams app development experience is considered a plus!

Proven ability to build and maintain customer/partner relationships and understand their needs.

Prior experience in a technology consulting or advisory role is a plus

In-depth expertise in profiling, troubleshooting, and debugging

Prior experience creating and troubleshooting platform binding libraries

Familiarity with underlying platform environments and tooling including Android Studio and Xcode

Comfortable working with native platforms and languages including C/C, Objective-C, Swift, Java, and Kotlin

Experience using Azure services including App Service, Notification Hubs, and Active Directory (inc. B2C)

Working knowledge of implementing CI/CD in Azure DevOps or GitHub

Enthusiasm for unit testing / UI testing using frameworks such as xUnit and Xamarin.UITest

Proven track record working in both lead and contributor capacities in a self-directed manner
