ServiceNow Programmer Job Summary: This job role will ensure quality implementation by identifying solutions and developing configurations, and code. Responsibilities: - Improve implementations by providing solutions, configurations, and system tests - Develop new data structures and applications for ServiceNow - Oversee workflows based on the values from incoming emails and the ITSM module records - Manage UI pages, Forms, UI Macros, and notifications with content management - Oversee and design ServiceNow REST web services, WSDL, and SOAP - Analyze the value mapping between systems - Determine cost and time required, feasibility, and compatibility with the current system - Ensure solution meets business demands - Oversee the development and implementation standards - Configure modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request/Request Items in Service Catalog, Demand Management, Projects, Contracts, HR Module (OnBoarding/OffBoarding, Employee and Management Changes), and Asset Management - Change and improve management systems - Gain knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange processes Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in computer science - Ability to present information and respond to questions from stakeholders - Must have at least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow program developer - Experience with UI Policies, Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs and Scripts (Powershell, JavaScript, Jelly Script Include, SQL, SQL Scripting) - Experience in SCRUM/Agile and Waterfall methods #DiceVacancy expired!
