Oversee the Digital Marketing team responsible for Social Media , SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic and other Marketing channels as the role grows.Duties and Responsibilities:Lead content creation strategy & efforts - own strategy and execution of performance creative across Marketing channels used in creating the demand.

Track, report, analyze and optimize all demand generation programs based on a comprehensive view of full funnel analytics

Develop and oversee digital campaign strategy, which incorporates customer- facing communications strategy, customer path/journey, and digital media mix. Leverage customer insights, CRM capabilities, and focus groups to inform strategy.

Plan and manage media budgets and identify and manage external agencies and vendors that serve as an extension to the lead generation team.

Serve as the primary contact for all demand generation functions within the marketing team

Understands and uses market research, culinary trends, industry trend data and forecasting and customer feedback to develop compelling content strategies that align with business objectives. Measure success of programs.

Executes the logistics of Sysco brand related and/or category related programs.

Design, build and maintain our digital presence and social listening capabilities. Analyze results and forecasts for gaps and suggest strategic and tactical improvements.

Communicate corporate goals and campaigns strategy to facilitate local marketing activities.

Develop and deploy field-ready digital tools that enhance local marketing capabilities.

Collaborate with agencies, cross-functional team members, and various partners. Create and deliver standard digital programs across enterprise . All other duties as assigned.

Education:5+ years of B2C performance marketing experience with proven success driving growth using Digital Marketing channels

Deep understanding of components of Digital Marketing Programs: Audiences, Platforms (Facebook, Google, Programmatic), Creative and Measurement

Bachelor's degree required, in marketing, foodservice or a related field.

Certification in Google AdWords/Facebook PPC is a plus

Essential Competencies:Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function

Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices

Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software

Familiarity with web design

Excellent analytical and project management skills

Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills

Self-starter, entrepreneurial individual who is well organized, extremely computer literate, and excellent with follow through

Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Content Management, and Project Management

Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

Ability to work well in a team and build positive relationships with a diverse set of individuals, functions, and cultures.

Preferred Skills:Manage all aspects of projects, including cost/ budget, schedule and dependencies, resources, scope, quality, and risks

Review and assess high-level deliverables across projects

Manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs appropriately.

Lead the development and tracking of integrated, related project plans with a common business objective

Lead highly complex enterprise-wide programs, and gain alignment across all working teams
