- Deploy and manage infrastructure solutions on premise and/or cloud technologies.
- Lead/Work on system initiatives and new projects.
- Experience with Exchange/Exchange Online architecture, services, and support.
- Works with IT staff to determine specific needs and how to best implement technical solutions.
- Analyzes and resolves network-related issues and responds to issues in a timely manner.
- Must be able to work independently to troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, identify, and isolate technical issues.
- Conduct after-hours maintenance as needed.
- Resolve all escalated support tickets.
- Tier I - Tier III Support for all infrastructure systems.
- Involved in the design and configuration process of new systems and technology.
- 10+ years of professional IT experience; 5+ years as a Systems/Network Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of all aspects of administering and maintaining corporate networking and systems infrastructure, including MPLS, VPN, network connectivity, Internet access, exchange, servers, etc.
- Must have ability to communicate complex technical problems concisely and professionally to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Exchange/Exchange Online hybrid architecture, services and support.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator
- PowerShell or other scripting language a plus
- VMware - ESXi administration and support
