- Responsible for development, deployment & support of the products he/she owns
- Make the right technology decisions for the team
- Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
- Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budgets.
- Work as a member of an Agile Software Development Team to help implement new functionality based on business requirements.
- Interact with the Business and Customer Experiences teams, facilitate working through technical implementation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System, or other relevant fields of study
- 5+ years of prior experience in Java/J2EE technology ( Spring Framework)
- 2+ years in Cloud Platforms SQL and Database skills
- 2+ years experience with software development methodologies, 4D, Agile Scrum/Kanban
- 1+ years of working knowledge of network and PC operating systems, including Linux, Unix, and Windows.
- Extensive knowledge of management theory and practical applications in the workplace
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments
- Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service
- Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple company initiatives and encourage coworkers to do the same
