As a Senior Procurement Project Manager here at Honeywell, you will hold a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and directing the organization's procurement/planning projects and initiatives. You will manage complex projects, and collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve procurement/planning objectives. Oversee, improve and implement End to End IA Procurement Ops Process
Initiate and develop comprehensive IA procurement ops project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements and improve overall procurement ops efficiency and productivities, those projects include but are not limited to: Systematic corrective actions to improve suppliers with chronical delivery issues, Supplier Lead time/MOQ reduction, Supplier stocking agreement,
Strong and regular connection with planning team to identify and drive strategic improvement opportunities for Procurement Ops
Execute projects in adherence to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed
Facilitate effective communication with key stakeholders and project team members to ensure alignment with project goals
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback throughout the project lifecycle
Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to drive improvement
YOU MUST HAVE
7+ years of experience in Supply Management, Sourcing/Procurement, and leading projects
Strong planning background
Strong SAP MRP hands-on knowledge and experience
5+ years of experience in leadership and team management
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
