Title: Technical Project Manager Location: Houston, TX (Onsite) Education: Bachelors or Masters in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent. Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in Software industry.
- 5+ years of experience in Program or Project management.
- Extensive experience with using project and program planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results
- Experience using feature or bug tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Able to understand product, requirements, and its impact.
- Demonstrated business acumen and successful experience managing all aspects of programs, including communicating with stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources.
- Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels.
- Manage Scrum calls, sprint review, retrospective and planning for the team
- Status reporting as per cadence (Weekly/monthly)
- Experience in managing and delivering cloud-based services
- Knowledge of Software Defined Storage (SDS) will be a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English.
- Experience in interacting with client manager.
- Scrum Master / Agile Certified.
- PMP Certification
- Previous experience in enterprise business.
