Description - Seeking a high energy individual with entry level working experience in thin client computing. Admin/configuration experience with the server-side infrastructure would be a significant plus! Lots of opportunity for development and growth in working with HP Third Level Support (3LS) thin client engineers. Responsibilities:

- The individual will take direction from 3LS in the ongoing setup/admin of the various thin client server-side infrastructures supporting cloud computing virtualization desktop interface (VDI), hosted shared desktop (software application virtualization.
- The Individual will leverage these resources in conjunction with the various models of HP thin clients to replicate the customer escalated experiences requiring 3LS consultation and/or problem resolution.
- The individual will review reports, test data, and process results for assigned components and subsystems to identify trends and issues, perform root-cause analysis, and develop recommendations for resolution

- Bachelor's degree in Computer, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Electrical Engineering is a plus!
- 3-6 years' experience required

- Commanding knowledge of Linux based operating systems with strong network administrator experience.
- Experienced in using engineering tools and software packages to test, design, debug, and evaluate software/hardware products and processes within the framework of industry quality standards and methodologies.
- Use of empirical and root- cause analysis, modeling, and testing methodologies to validate software, specifications, and processes is a plus.
- Analytical, statistics, and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
