UX Strategist: The UX Strategist on this team is responsible for helping shape, drive, and communicate the content strategy and user-centered design for the My Digital Fleet TM platform. The UX Strategist is responsible for aligning clients' desired business outcomes, client systems and processes, and possible insights while also being mindful of the market-driven product roadmap for My Digital Fleet TM . The UX Strategist will work closely with the client's business stakeholders and the Digital Solutions teams namely Digital Sales, Product Innovation, Customer Success Management, MLOps, and DevOps to create continuous value for clients throughout the discovery, design, and post-launch phases of the client engagement. What you'll do:
  • Identify the key UX Strategy tasks that need to be done at each phase of the product lifecycle and client deployment
  • Content strategy and information architecture:
    • Perform content audits and content analysis
    • Design, analyze, and improve taxonomy, navigation, and other information architecture structures
  • User research and strategy:
    • Run user research like interviews, usability tests, surveys, and card sorts
    • Perform research through website analytics, using Google Analytics or similar tools
    • Facilitate discovery workshops, document findings, and make recommendations
  • Interaction design:
    • Create interaction design artifacts like wireframes and prototypes
    • Design user flows and task flows
  • Engage directly with clients to discuss and present research findings, strategies, and designs
  • You will likely wear many hats as a UX strategist. Some of these items may include:
    • Contributing to proposals and pitch decks
    • Pitching to potential new clients and existing clients during business review meetings
    • Contributing to partner discussions and development as part of the My Digital Fleet TM Alliance Program.
  • What you need:

    Education & Experience
    • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
    • BS degree preferred

    Core Competencies
  • Must have experience creating information architecture.
  • Must be skilled in driving user experience research and design.
  • Must be proficient in a wide range of user research methods (interviews, surveys/questionnaires, card sorts, usability tests, etc.)
  • Must be adept at running discovery or design workshops with clients.
  • Must be comfortable using remote user research and testing tools.
  • Excellent communications - strong verbal, presentation, and written skills - ability to articulate strategy, plans, directions, and status to peers and management.
  • Team mindset and collaborative, inclusive approach to everything you do .
  • Reporting Relationships: Reports directly to a Manager, Director, or Executive level position.
