This restaurant is focused on providing creative, top-notch food and drinks that come from nature & earth, a philosophy that runs deep in everything they do.
Background Profile:
2-4 years experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume environment
Experience with menu development and R & D
Ability to effectively run the line during service
Strong leadership skills; desire to coach and develop the culinary team
Passion to create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations
