We are looking for a Full Time Bilingual Receptionist to join our team long term WITH EXPERIENCE (no certification needed). The right candidate will be hard working, with great communication skills, able to multitask in a fun and fast paced atmosphere. In addition, the right candidate will have a sense of duty, reliability, a friendly and outgoing disposition, a professional appearance, great customer service skills and will be a team player. About us:
We are a dynamic, privately owned specialty eye care practice by I-45 and beltway 8. We specialize in Non-Surgical Corneal Molding (Vision Correction), glaucoma, anterior segment disease and primary eye care. Our practice is at the fore-front of eye care utilizing state of the art ophthalmic technology. We have a strong, established patient base and continue to expand. We have one doctor. We have 5 other staff, including the general manager.
It is our goal to continue to build a strong team that works very well together. We are very proud of our service to patients and our level of professionalism, including our long term relationships with our patients.

BILINGUAL REQUIRED: The right candidate will be proficient in English and Spanish

Duties:
Maintain the records of what is being done, and work with the Office Manager, so that proper analyses can be done so that we continue to increase our patient base.
Realize the importance of a patient coming thru' the door and ensure the best possible flow and experience. We have patients of all professional, personal and ethnic backgrounds. Some have been with us for many years.
