We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant for a busy CEO. His current Executive Assistant is switching roles within the company and we need someone to fill the at home/personal duties. This position would be part time with the possibility of full time in the future.

The perfect candidate will be a self starter, experienced in assistant and administrative work, have their own car(optional) Drivers License is a must, and be very flexible with their schedule. The tasks given would mostly be during the week, with normal working hours, but would love to have someone with a 24/7 availability that could be around after hours or weekends.

This position would be working from his office, running errands around Houston, and some work from his home or office. It would be a big plus if you lived near Galleria. While this is part time for now, we are looking for someone long term. If you are not looking to hold this position for a least 1 year, please do not apply

Tasks will vary day to day, but you should expect to do the following:

Responsibilities include but not limited to

company

-Working with the housekeeper to ensure that all needs are met at home (buying supplies, refilling prescriptions, going through important mail, returning packages, facilitating in home repairs, tailoring, etc)

- Must be proficient in Excel, MS Office, data entry, order tracking and office tasks

-Taking his car in for service or repairs, getting a wash weekly

-Setting up personal appointments and reservations

- Being her right hand and second eye. This means making sure things are running properly and taking action on repairing any issues that may arise.

-Travel arrangements (you should be familiar with booking international travel)

-Possibly helping the housekeeper with the dog or shopping (if necessary)

-Party planning and execution

-Food Shopping 1-2 times a week

- Laundry: As Needed

- Dry Cleaners: Drop off/Pick up

- Light house keeping

Must be comfortable signing an NDA.

Characteristics & Qualifications:

Ability to communicate well with others and juggle multiple projects.

Strong organizational skills

Previous experience in office work required

Healthcare background is a plus

You review documents with a fine-tooth comb, so to speak, requiring you to proofread effectively and efficiently. You are punctual, presentable and outgoing.

Team Player: You know that your strengths are best utilized in a supportive role and value the importance of having a strong team. You are open and eager to learn new things and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
