Looking for a make ready/general maintenance employee for an apartment complex who can perform the following tasks. Must be able to speak SPANISH:
1. Inspect units for needed repairs
2. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing fixtures, electrical outlets, appliances, and HVAC systems.
3. Paint walls, ceilings, and trim as needed to ensure a fresh and clean appearance.
4. Replace flooring, tiles, and carpeting as necessary to maintain high-quality standards.
5. Repair or replace doors, windows, locks, and hardware as needed for security and functionality.
6. Ensure that all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards.
7. Communicate effectively with the property management team to prioritize tasks and coordinate schedules.
8. Assist with other maintenance and repair projects as needed
