About the Position:
GCAW is seeking an entry-level Materials Handler to join our shop-floor team. This role is ideal for someone looking to begin a hands-on career in manufacturing with opportunities to grow into Shipping & Receiving or Quality Control positions.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and stage materials on the shop floor
- Assist with general facility cleaning and housekeeping
- Safely operate pallet jacks, overhead cranes, and forklifts (training provided)
- Support production teams with material movement and inventory organization
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, efficient workspace
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; training provided
- Ability to work on your feet and lift materials as needed
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
