Litigation File Clerk needed. MUST have prior experience working in a law firm and dealing with cases involving litigation. Imperative to be able to distinguish between types of documents (i.e. pleadings and discovery). Applicant needs to be highly organized and take direction well. Duties including maintaining litigation files both paper and electronic on the firm's network as well as scanning, copying and assisting with mail outs.
