- This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining algorithms and analytic tools that help our client acquire quality customers and optimize the shopping experience for those customers.

- Degree in Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in data science, data analytics or data engineering
- 1+ year lead experience preferred
- Experience working with a retail, sales or product-based business is desired
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to communicate complex concepts in simple terms and an ability to tie analytic results to business outcomes.
- Strong results focus, project management and teamwork
- Proficiency in coding for analysis and experience with at least one statistical package
